Being consistent

It feels good to be back at the Gym. 😍

 So I have talked about fitness before in my Instagram posts but one of the things that I didn’t mention is being consistent. Being consistent will help you see more results as time passes by, so I believe anyone who is seeking better physique and want to be more fit should workout 3-5 times a week.

 You need to be discipline and you need to manage your time to be able to fulfill the amount of time you set for yourself in the gym weekly. And you have no excuses workouts can range from 30 mins to an hour so I am sure you can set 3 to 5 hours of your week for the training. And you don’t have to go to the Gym you can buy some dumbbells and train at home and you can find alot of amazing exercises with weights or without on youtube and online, one of the fitness channels on youtube that I really love is a channel called ( Athlean-x ) so I believe you should check it because the owner of the channel is a professional athletes’ trainer. 

 And there is many ways of training, there is crossfit, calisthenics, powerlifting, bodybuilding, so you can find your favorite way of training and enjoy it because if you want to have a good body and keep it you should love your training because you will always need to train so try to find an exercise program that you like but always remember don’t take unnecessary suplements, focus on good diet, and be balanced and well proportioned so you don’t look like a scary monster.

 So you have no excuse to be a coach potato, that is why you should start working out to achieve your best physique. 💪😁
